I don't know how I was calculating calories in my past life coz yeah the snacks are only about 484 calories per 100g packet ...yoh guys😳😂😂 I don't know how to feel.

Y'all I'm Soo excited!💃
So I bought these snacks today that I haven't in a looooong time because well they are not the healthiest..Like a 100g serving is like 1000+ calories right...Okay the reason I'm excited is because I am going to have them today but in moderation..I don't have a kitchen scale so Imma use a cup (normal cup for coffee ) to measure out whatever portion I'm going to have today...I've made plenty of room for this indulgence in my daily calories especially since I was fasting today and breaking my fast only now... Y'all I know this makes no sense but I'm so happy I have the self control to have food I like a looot in moderation 🙌💃 Thanks for reading 😅

So unplanned rest day tomorrow...My body needs it. The old me would have probably pushed on an then crashed for like 4 days or something and maybe not have gotten back into it for a while...But the woman I am now is in this for the long haul..She nourishes and feeds her body. Yes some days are so demotivating but I've learnt discipline is the key...Not looking at measurements or even my body sometimes is the key.
Favourite reminder: You did not get here in a month or even two...don't expect to get where you want to be in that time either... Allow the process of time to do it's thing.

So I've been drinking a cup of hot or warm lemon water for the last week or so, one of the supposed benefits is it reduces bloating..still not sure about that but feeling pretty happy about it so far 🌸
