First day over 1,000 calories for a long time! I almost feel happy, like I am making progress to recovery. I do feel a bit guilty but that is normal, I went for so many nice walks today so definitely burnt off the calories. I ate when I was hungry and ate what I wanted. I smiled eating food, it made me happy.

No weighing scale here, so I guess I am not going to know my weight for a week. I am in Cornwall, it's so nice! Went to the beach for a nice walk, so beautiful. My mum took pictures on her phone so sadly I can't share them here. The house I am in is right in front of the sea, a 1-minute walk. I hope everyone is well.

Did better today, had more calories!! I 100% am trying to recover, just finding it difficult and I know it will take a long time. Going on holiday tomorrow, so will try and keep you all posted. My motivation is honestly BTS right now, they make me want to love myself! I never thought I would be a fan girl but here we are haha. I hope everyone is well and having a nice day/night. Thank you to everyone who leaves nice comments on my journals. It means so much.
