Alternating 20 point days with sensible but "whatever" days seems to be working. Slow but steady and keep it up for life.

Happy with this. Lost 1.2 kg. My problem has always been how to keep the weight off again after getting to goal. Many times in my life I have lost weight & got to goal( 2x in the last 8 years with WeightWatchers )but it always goes back on gradually ( or quickly). So I need to find a way of living the weight loss. This time I have decided to do alternating 20 WW point days with sensible but not too obsessive days. That way I can look at it as just one day as long as I am not too stupid inbetween. If I get to goal ..... then maybe I could do 20 point days every 3 days. Good theory, maybe.

Well here we go again. I am going to try for forever this time. I know how to lose. It is through sticking to 20 points a day. I don't know how to do it forever. How about this? 20 points a day on alternate days. That way it is only 1 day at a time.10 kg to go.
