Bfast: hard boiled egg+kecap 1 sdt dan pisang 1pcs (jam 12:30)
Lunch: nasi 115gr, hakau 3pcs, dimsum 3 pcs, tumis broccoli sapi jamur 3jenis pakai saus tiram
Dinner: tumis broccoli bawang putih, hakau 3pcs, dimsum 1
Snack: Lindth chocolate mint 2potong, coffee+fiber creme

Workout: Lilly Sabri day2 (30mins), Pamela Reif 10 minutes Abs workout for beginer 2 set, chloe tings stretching 10mins. In total kurleb 1 jam (di bagi 2 sesi)

Dinner: sama kaya lunch tanpa nasi
Snacks: coffee+fiber creme, banana 1pcs, mango 1pcs.
