Relaxed lat just letting it hang. Also changing rooms that what they are for right, 20 percent finding clothes 80 percent checking lat development

Bringing some new development to my back width is there but it needs more thickness which is not going to happen now because i am in the final stages of shredding but in 3 months time hope to start adding more thickness.
Did I mention I love strict pullups/ chinups any type of chinup if you want a wider back try to chin, use bands to help you if its difficult and eventually move to strict with added weight.
Also one can see the difference between standing relaxed and flexing.
