I start my day on this website. You people really keep me going; thanks for that. Knowing that I have a place to vent when I need to or receive support when I screw up is so important to losing weight. Once I reach my goal each and every one of you have played a part in my success.

I have had a pair of size 8 Calvin Klein jeans sitting in my drawer for 10 years. Yes, 10 long years. Today I put on those jeans and zipped them. I even had my fianceé take a picture of me in them. Once I meet 150, I think I will wear them out.
This weekend I looked up what "they" say my weight should be for my height and age. 141 was the highest weight. After I finished laughing, I thought; maybe these last 9 lbs won't be so difficult because it is not technically the last 10 lbs. I suppose if I wanted to get to 141 lbs then that would be difficult. Simply, there is hope that I could lose 9 more lbs easier than I think.

I did it!! Onderland!! I am thrilled. I can do this. I only have to lose 9.2 lbs to reach my goal. I did lose muscle and water this week. That can't happen again because my goal is to be a buff bride not a skinny bride. I think it was Brianna that showed us that her collarbone is back. I found mine too!!

I ate three peanut butter cookies yesterday. Yes, three. I know I should not have eaten them, but I did anyway. I have been on a crazy rollercoaster ride since the beginning of the week. Work stress, my dad's surgery, my wedding planning, finances, my son, ugh, I am holding it together with cookies. Just kidding.
Tomorrow I get on the scale, but before that happens, I am on a 24 hour fast. Two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in water for breakfast lunch and dinner. Coffee, tea and water for the remainder of the day. I am going to the gym after work to do a HIIT treadmill workout and some weights after that. What I ate and how disappointed I was can't be undone, but I can trudge forward.

There was an ice storm yesterday and due to my stress level I didn't work out in my house. I actually feel bad because a friend and I have been doing two-a-day workouts. Monday- 20 min treadmill workout then Tabata strength class, Tuesday- 20 min treadmill workout and then bootcamp, Wednesday- NOTHING!!. I am going to try and leave work early today so I can go to a class before I do the treadmill class at 5:30. Despite my hard work this week, I think that the one pound I have been trying to lose isn't going to happen.
My dad is having surgery today and we live 3,000 miles apart. My son quit his job and I am making him turn off his cell phone since he can't pay his bill and he won't have the car because he won't have money for gas. The thing is; it is stressing me out more than him. Planning for this wedding is going to be the death of me and my job is OUT OF CONTROL!!! I am not sleeping well and I am killing myself to lose one pound. I have definitely had a few hiccups with my eating this week so as Saturday draws closer, I don't what to expect.
