I think I am going to change my weight goal from 150 to 155. Although I had hoped to be at my goal in April when my wedding dress comes in, I don't think I can do it. The dress is going to be shipped on April 13th, so I don't have a lot of time. I am not quite sure why I am making such a big deal about my weight for when I try on the dress. I'm really more concerned about having muscles and maintaining that weight until the wedding will be difficult.
If anyone can help me with how to tone more, I would appreciate the input. I was thinking about joining crossfit. Right now I do weights about three times a week, but I am still not where I want to be. I don't know if I should get a personal trainer. Two workouts a day isn't working.

I am back in ketosis. I bought urine strips yesterday at CVS and it registered that the amount is small. 24 hour fast on Monday, breaking the fast around 10:00 am on Tuesday. I only had two meals on Tuesday, but they were both keto. I told my fiancée that this will be fish week so we had fish yesterday and will continue to have it for the remainder of this week.
I am drinking water with lemon and having detox tea a couple of times a day. I am really hoping to that the 3.6 lbs will come off sooner rather than later. I could kick myself for getting so off task, but it happens.
I do not have an appointment to go back to the weight loss center this week. I could call and see if someone cancelled, but the truth is that I am scared to go back. I don't weigh myself at home so, this is the only time I find out my weight. I know I should put on my big girl panties and see where I am at but I am scale scared.

I not only fell off the wagon, I bumped my head and the horse and cart pulled off without me. Sheesh, I knew I was carbing and sugaring it up and I expected weight gain, but oh my, oh my. 3.6 lbs gain.
So, I haven't gotten to the place where I can get back on the wagon because I can't find the darn thing! I last ate yesterday at around 7:00 pm so I won't eat again until 7:00 a.m. tomorrow. I am drinking water with lemon and I will workout tonight with weights. A 24 hour fast can't hurt, right? Then what?
I have been out of ketosis for two weeks, first week I gained a couple of ounces, this week pounds. I have consulted Youtube and Google about what to do next after I have "cheated" but I am even more confused. Tomorrow will be here fast and I need a plan. Any advice is appreciated.

I am so happy!! I only gained. .20 pounds. I lost two pounds of fat. I thought it was going to be so much worse. This goes to show you that if you fall off the wagon that you can recover as long as you bounce back quickly. Hooray!!

I did not make my ahi tuna recipe yesterday because I was out late. I also did not drink my protein shake. Instead I stopped at burger king and had a double quarter pound king. I threw out the bread and ate the two patties with cheese, tomato and onion. Ugh, was I upset when I realized that the meat alone was approximately 340 calories. After some careful calculations I still remained within my 600-900 calories from protein requirement and I stayed below my carbs.
Breakfast - two boiled eggs
snack - two light string cheese
lunch - chicken breast
snack - vanilla whey protein with peanut butter powder
dinner - chicken breast
I went crazy this weekend, but I am hoping that by maintaining my carbs at 10 or below and staying within my protein requirements from Monday through Friday that I will have at least saved myself from gaining weight. I wasn't able to work out yesterday, but I will be doing two workouts today and I may be able to get a work out in tomorrow prior to weighing in. I am hoping for the best.
