Have been on holiday and managed to maintain a no added sugar or snacks regime and stayed the same, very happy. Would have been nice to drop some weight, but have drank the odd glass of wine so cannot complain.

no added sugar, no snacks since 27 april. disappointed with only half pound a week over last two weeks. think may need to eat less bread.

this doesn't look as good as last week but combined is still a good weight loss. may have to change weigh in day to tuesday so that have a day to get over the weekend!

Lost the data on my telephone, started weigh in on 27 April and lost five pounds in one week, just cutting out all sugar, having no fruit and eating no snacks, cut out sweetners in my tea and coffee, just had a couple of small glasses of wine at the weekend, very happy.
