wow very happy with that loss, weighed in on Thursday but didn't record it and looked like a three lb loss that I thought would all go wrong over the weekend, but this is brilliant.

curry and badminton again this Saturday I think there is a pattern of not losing much on this weekend, too much prosecco probably, but this is only two ounces for which I cannot be really distressed. Happily scales also measure percentage of fat which is now 39.5, more than 10% down from when I started in April.

This is very good and I am very pleased, that week in the month again which is almost always helpful but also been extra good on some days and lots of walking exercise too.

Finally dropped through the next stone barrier, v. happy again. Have been doing PIYO (not for the last few days) and have measured at the beginning and over the weekend have lost nearly three inches off my waist and two off my hips!
