Pancake buonissimi! Ingredienti: 3 Albumi , 50 grammi farina d'avena fine, 15 grammi whey proiteine isolate 90 ( ho usato quelle al gusto sciroppo d'acero e pancake ), 1 Cucchiaino di burro di arachidi croccante, 60 ml di Soya Drink al Cacao, 5 grammi di semi di lino in polvere. In padella un goccio di olio extra v.o. poi nella farcitura ho messo un vasetto di yogurt magro da 125 grammi alla banana, nocciole, mezza banana a fette, e una spolverata di cacao amaro. Buon appetito a me!
