Not a light day at all! Seriously, I could have shot my father for bringing home PIZZA HUT PASTA!!!!!!!!!
But it was good. I did limit myself to 1/2 cup of each kind and made sure to have a salad (side size) with..
And I thought I did SOO well until dinner came.
It's alot harder to stay focused on your diet when you're in a work environment with people who have bad things to eat ALL day long.. cookies, fruit bars.
I did weigh myself this morning, and it was 267, so I did come down from those 3 pounds, but I have a BIG feeling, it will be up again tomorrow.

lol, I totally love this new goofy picture I put up for my image on my profile. I took it yesterday on the way home from work while stuck in traffic. lmao. Bug eyes maybe? Think my lips looks like "Jolie's" ? HA!

OMG!! I have lost ONE more pant size! Which is weird, considering EVERY single clothing company makes their clothes different standards in ONE size.. blah. Anyway, I'm happy about that that I'm 1 more size away from being where I was 3 years ago.. It's weird though how having a baby makes your body SOO much more different, so now my clothes fit differently ALL over.
Well, I also weighed myself this morning (just for fun..) and I gained 3 pounds, so, one more size down, 3 more pounds up.
I hate how backwards it goes sometimes.
Tomorrow, I will workout. Today, I'm not up to it, mainly because I'm a big ol' hefty mess...because I had a baked potato with my lunch today... OHHH it was good. But it's a good thing I had my salad first.

Have I mentioned there's Halloween candy in the house? Did I also mention that my mom said she bought it for me because I said "I need chocolate"? Well, it's not like I declared to her that it needs to be sugar free dark chocolate.. Anyway.. I've had too many chocolate covered things today, and I have a feeling my weight will up tomorrow.. It's okay.. I think I'll be able to cope, now that I've got some man candy to deal with :)
I'm in the process of rekindling an old flame.. and he totally makes me feel good about myself. Maybe this time around will be different with him and we can proceed without running away from our fears like we both did last time. Anyway ENOUGH of that blah blah stuff.
Okay, I need ideas on what to do about weight/strength training, but I own no weights, other than these 20 pound whoppers that my dad has and it's capable of lifting.. My son is 28.5 pounds, but that's with my WHOLE arm helping.. not just a particular muscle of said arm. I need some solutions that are cheap, and worth my time. I've got canned veggies.. lol.

This is nuts! I weighed myself yesterday and it was around 271.. and today, was a 5 pound loss! So I'm at 266 this morning, and I feel great! I even had pizza last night, but it was homemade and loaded with veggies. I'll put the recipe up sometime this week. It was SOO yum! PLUS has a salad with.. and I didn't eat alot of crap yesterday AND drank tons of water.
Wish me luck; Hopefully I'll stay this low and NOT gain anymore..
Oh, and I haven't been working out, but staying active and busy with the little one. I get antsy if I'm not doing something or at least standing up.
