Well, I'm up, like I said previously, but I came back down to 268, which is okay to me, considering I had KFC last night AND indulged in a biscuit and all the other non-good-carb side dishes.. And it was GOOD. I'm surprised I didn't get sick because of all the bad fat and grease, but I am retaining water this morning.
I'm hoping to get some sort of workout in today, considering, I was standing and on my feet alot of yesterday, except when I had to read policies and eat my lunch.
I'm okay with the weight gain... Because it won't be a "gain" much longer. Hopefully, by next week, I can be at 265. I'll push for the little smidgen of a goal.
