Well, it has been a few days since I checked in. I have been quite busy with just about everything there is to name. So, finally get a chance to catch up on the latest. My weight is the same. Seem to have reached that point where I am not budging. So, Monday morning I am starting a new and getting things back in perspective. Haven't been really eating a lot but I have added a few more carbs in my diet this weekend. I did get my protein shakes so I will be using them to substitute one meal. Maybe that will help..who knows....:-) Hope everyone else is doing great!!

Hello, Hello, Hello.......it's Wednesdayyyyyyy!!!
Getting close to lunch time and I have my mind on food. I will have a shrimp salad for lunch. Working from home today so that will be easy to do. Have a lot on my mind. I purchased 3 sweaters online and they arrived today too freakn big!!! I have lost a lot in inches, across the back it looked fine until I held up my arms and there was so much room left. Got them because they were regular 50 dollar sweaters for 75 percent off plus they are gorgeous. So, hope to get a chance to return them today for a smaller size. Can't believe I am saying that...smaller size. :-) I hope everyone is having a great day!!! Let's choose our foods carefully and portion sizes appropriately. :-) Be blessed!!

I'm back on track but why is it so hard to stay on track after having a cheat day? Geez!!
Breakfast: 3slices of bacon, 1 egg with cheese
LUNCH: Having small bowl of broccoli and green tea small cup of sugar free jello

Breakfast: 2 eggs,w/onion,ounce of cheese and a slice of ham
Lunch: pork rinds (just a few)
Dinner: Baked Chicken and brussel sprouts

MONDAY MORNING!!! How are you doinggggggggg? So, let's see. I made a huge breakfast. Yep!!! I was hungry. Didn't eat much yesterday to do my falter on Saturday. So, this morning I had two eggs with a little onion, tomato and sour cream. Still counting those carbs. Plus I had some ham meat. Which I am about to take a high blood pressure pill and aspirin because that meat was a little too salty. Will drink lots of water. I will only do ham once in a blue moon from here on out. I do not need the extra salt and stress from it on my body. So, everything I had was still low in carbs. High in fat for the reason someone told me will keep you full longer. Matter fact let me get my cholesterol pill. See, this is why I have get this weight off I take a blood pressure pill (used to be two)cholesterol, diabetes medicine, aspirin. Not to mention my pain medicine from carrying so much weight around. Ugh!!! I don't even know that losing weight will reduce the high blood pressure. My mom is only 135 pounds and has had it since her 40's plus diabetes. She has never been big. Oh well, just ranting for the day.
