Well I ate like 🥪🍚🌮🥖🥡🥞all weekend with no 💪🏼🏃‍♀️🏋️. Monday and here and it’s time to get it together. I 🏋️💪🏼this morning and had 🥚🥚🥑 🫖for breakfast.

No loss this week. So bummed. While I thought I was doing ok with my foods, I wasn’t tracking. I’ll do better this week. One the plus side I’ve been consistently getting 3 workouts a week in.

As much as I hate getting up any earlier than I absolutely have to, I will say working out in the morning & having a good breakfast before work makes me feel accomplished. 2 times this week! I didn’t quite complete my 25 min HIIT workout this morning. I quit on the last set cuz damn that shit was hard. I think I’ll stick with the 20 mins programs until I get better endurance.
