Question for those whole regularly Fast:
I am wanting to try IF from Monday on.
I'm planning on starting with 16/8. However I'd like to know how do I go about planning my Fasting to fit with my shift work?
I normally work 8 or 12 hour shifts, however I can easily work 4 different shifts in one week.
I'd like to know if there's a way that I can blend my working hours with my eating hours, considering I need the energy while working. It's pointless to eat while resting, and fast while I need calories to burn.
Also, what is the best way to start fasting? How would it be advised I start fasting?
Is there a way where One does alternate days with fasting/ eating normally???
Any tips and information would be great as I'm still researching IF. However. the benefits definitely have me interested!! (IF will be not so much getting to my goal [70kgs] but helping with excess skin - refer to previous posts)
