Day4 - 95hrs(almost complete) - lol yesterday was so cold and I spent the whole day in bed. My weight is the same today, which means all the water weight is gone, hopefully my body is starting to use the fat store for fuel. 🤣🤣 yesterday I was thinking about dumplings and beef stew.

Day 3- 70hrs(almost complete). Was really tough, Stressful, I almost ate my feelings but I asked myself “If I break my fast and stuff myself will it make my problems go away?” No, so its not worth and this is one of the habits I am trying to break “emotional eating”. I pray day 4 will be better.

Day2- 46hrs at the moment(almost Complete😃)...i felt good, just a little hunger pangs but water and plain black coffee helped, hubby eating(food smells so good☺️) on top of that we watched a movie, so he made popcorn and I love popcorn😭😭🤣🤣...He is so supportive🥰,my cheerleader...Im continuing with the fast Im still good(a little bit of headache but pink Himalayan Salt will do the trick)

Day 1 -25hrs Fasted feeling great so far, walked a total of 7km(to Spar)...Will continue fasting. Oh and last night I did 30min of HIIT...Happy Sunday😃🙌🏻

The stress of not running 🏃♀️ and all Events cancelled. On the bright side though Im working on it😃... Im sure I was 76 kgs just that I didn’t have a scale... Started 23:1 IF on the 13-April, completed 36hrs and 46hr fasts... I feel good now, no longer that stressed... 😃 starting another Fast today.
