I was bad bad bad on Sunday and Monday. It is easy to tell when I'm being bad because I don't track in my food journal. I don't like to face the fact that I'm consciously making the choices that don't support my goals.
I weigh-in tomorrow and setting a goal to journal everyday and include everything. The good, the bad, and the ugly...

Yay! A whole day of making the "right" choices. It's all about the little goals. LOL I feel full and fabulous. I still need to stock up on some fruit and veggies, but I'm putting it off until I can hit the farmer's market this weekend.

Schools out for the Summer. Now it is time to get back on track. It is amazing how easily a person can gain 10 pounds without really trying. Kinda wish losing it worked the same way.
This is going to be a little difficult at first because I'm limited on healthy choices in my kitchen... But at least tracking what I eat keeps me a little more in control.

In a pair of jeans I haven't fit into since before Thanksgiving :) They're a little snug, but they're zipped, buttoned and I can sit without fear of splitting them. Good times
