I saved up the calories to splurge on pizza and wing (seriously, I only had one). It was wonderful :-)

I was watching Honey We Are Killing Our Kids on FitTv and it motivated me to get moving. This I know is very detrimental for a healthy life, but I was reluctant... No, I was just being lazy.
I did it. I finally exercised. Nothing amazing... just a cardio dance video. I am really uncoordinated and I am thankful I didn't hurt anything. I did get sweaty and my fat jiggled, but it was only for 25 minutes. I am going to do it again tomorrow.

OMG I want chocolate and potato chips.. maybe chocolate covered potato chips.. uh, maybe not. Just craving sweet and salty and junky stuff. I had 2 cups of hot chocolate and that didn't cut it. :-P I know if I wait it out the craving will pass. On the plus side, I am out of hot chocolate and I have no potato chips in the house anyway. :-)

Holy carbs and fat, Batman! I had to go into work right after class today. I forgot my snacks,lunch, and dinner so I had my husband bring them. But he didn't bring what I packed. He brought doubles of what he made himself. I was still grateful (and starving) so I ate it.
Then when I went to pick up the kids from my mother's, she had me try this Mac&Cheese that was sent straight from the devil disguised as an angel. Ok, she didn't really make me eat it. If I didn't know it was there, however, I would've been fine. Just a few bites, but I could tell it was pure delicious evil.
I am in my RDI but when I saw how much fat all of it contained... I just fell the calories could have been better spent if I weren't so forgetful.
