I lost 1 pound....I either need a new scale, OR I need to be drinking more water and making better food choices! Probably the latter, although my scale gives me a different reading if I move it at all, so I've been making sure that I weigh in the same spot every week! Maybe I should get a new scale, regardless! Then I fear that I will actually weigh even more than I think and how depressing that would be! I have stayed within my points, I even had 10 weekly points left this week! I thought I'd at least meet my goal of 2 pounds! Oh well...at least I lost something, it's much better than gaining!! We have a lot to do today, so I'd better get my day started!

Today is not a bad day...but I just feel irritable! Everything seems to be getting to me today, EVERYTHING!! Uggghh!!! I am going to try to get out of this mood....maybe a nap will help! ;)
I have been making pretty good choices, so I hope when I weigh in tomorrow it will show on the scale!

On my way to work....feeling exhausted today! Good choices seem more difficult to make when I'm so tired! Maybe I'll take a nap at lunch time...maybe! I only have 22.5 extra points left for the week and it's only Wednesday!!! Uggghhhh!!

I went to dinner with my Mom and my 2 daughters tonight...big mistake! We went to a burger place, that has the best burgers! I definitely did not make great choices, BUT on the upside I stopped eating when I was full (okay, a little over full....). Also, I skipped lunch...or was it breakfast??...so, I didn't go over points on dinner. I suppose that is a good thing! Anyway, moving forward...tomorrow will be a day full of better choices!!

I am trying not to be disappointed and discouraged with my 2lb weight loss....after all, that is my weekly goal and it is a LOSS! Although I stayed within my points, both daily & weekly, I could've made better choices on the types of foods I ate. I will work on that this week! I didn't gain it in a week and I'm not going to lose it in a week! A work in progress...I need to remind myself of that!
