just for sharing ya...sebelum kalian diet, makanan apa sih yg buat kalian mkn berlebihan & akhirny bikin gemuk? bagi sy semua makanan baik selama dimasak dg cr yg bnr dan tdk berlebihan makanny. klo sy, mkn gado² lontong dg plus kuah yg bnyk n kerupuknya, mantafff bener deh... sama soto bersantan, hmmm ga cukup 1 porsi euy meskipun tnpa nasi...khilafff bangeet deh...setelah defcal, br tau tenyata bnyk kalori tersembunyi di dua makanan tadi, kuah kacang, kerupuk n santanny...aw aw aw tobat deh....

meski diketawain ma keluarga dirmh, show must go on...lanjut timbang menimbang, prepare mealplan, jagung satu jd 5 bungkus, satu bungkusny 50 gr, sisa bungkus ke 6 cuma 25 gr. tinggal masukkin deh ke freezer, mo msk tinggal ambil 1 ato 2 bgks, praktis hehe
