sy ga bs sarapan yg ringan², mkn berat sehari 2x, pagi n siang, mlmny mkn buah n nyemil² klo msh ada sisa kalori..hehe..btw estimasi kalori sarapan hr ni 327 kal, nasi 70 gr, ikan kembung 57 gr, syr bayam 270 gr, sisa kalori sambelnya...yuk mkn....

sarapan pagi ni dg menu seadanya yg penting msh defcal...estimasi kalori 291; nasi putih 70 gr, ayam masak merah 100 gr, tahu goreng 2 buah aj...yuk sarapan....
