HELP

moved my scale around and I keep getting different readings. dunno what's up. I'm getting anywhere from 157 up to 165 (and I know that's bs)

what should I do? it's the scale right???

think I fixed the issue with my scale :) thats almost 26 lbs down.

I tried Greek yogurt this morning to amp up my protein. and I'm sorry but yuck!

lol anyone else have any low calorie options to include more protein?
