I can't believe I'm almost half way to my goal and it's just been over a month since I began my journey.
I'm already having people tell me how good I look and how proud of me they are. I can finally look in the mirror and like my body again.
I'm actually excited for the summer. I feel good enough now. my measurements are 34 29 41.
That's 5 inches off my waist. and 5 off my hips.
I want to keep going to see how much body changes further. so far I am absolutely loving what I see.

aced my midterms and surpased my weight loss goal for the month so I allowed myself a bit of a "cheat day" even though I barely made it past 1500 calories.
I only had two slices and a few wings. usually I'd eat an entire pizza...or two. lol. I learned moderation.
