Well, the weight is up. I'm not bothered by that too much. I've been hitting the gym quite a bit more lately so I'm blaming my ever growing muscles!
Monday is the big day. The fridge is stocked, the recipes have been chosen for the week and there's NO excuse this time.
This extra 50lbs has overstayed it's welcome and is getting EVICTED! YEAH!!!!!!

Stocked up on groceries at lunch time yesterday and LEFT THEM IN THE FRIDGE!!!!
Oh well. Today is another day! And, I did hit the gym for about an hour and worked hard to compensate for the Shreddies for dinner (literally, all that was in the house!). I gave myself a much better workout than I have been getting at aquafit lately....quite disappointed in the quality of instructors....I am just not motivated by an overweight and out of breath "fitness" instructor!
I have a note on my computer to remind me to bring my yummy veggies and turkey bacon home tonight.
Tonight is grocery shopping and hopefully the gym again....though, if we don't have the time, I'll be going for a nice long walk with my groom-to-be! (5 weeks to go!!!)

Well, this weekend was a complete write-off. I don't even want to think about how badly I ate this weekend! (Potato chips for lunch, anyone???)
No time for grocery shopping yesterday as we just got back in town, so that will be on the agenda for my lunch hour. (Can't skip aquafit tonight, it was cancelled on Thursday as the pool was so disgusting....maybe I'll bring some proper gym clothes tonight, just in case...)
I've done this before, I can do it again! This time around, my fiancee is going to try to do South Beach with me.
There's a new firness facility opening next month and I'm there EVERY DAY after work (no excuse, it's on my way home!) This month, however, will be focusing on getting the eating under control.
