I haven't been logging my food directly into fs, but I do keep a journal and I've gotten into the habit of recapping my eats for the day for my husband - not the most riveting topic but he lets me rattle off my list and I appreciate that.
Did Cardio X tonight and ready to do Shoulders, Arms, and Ab Ripper X - Oh My!
Finishing up this sausage (vegetarian) & lentil soup. No, I'm definitely not a vegetarian, but I heard the vegetarian italian sausage is amazing so I'm testing it out. If the smell is any indicator, this will be amazing!

Well, I started this off fairly welll....about a pound and a half gone this week which is nice...I hwas hoping for a little more but maybe next week. I've figured out my system now so I'm pretty set!
P90X starts now, so let's see how that works with ww. I have to admit, I'm
dreading
core synergistics, but it must be done! Cardio tomorrow!

Losing 1.6 kg a Week

So I'm back again. I started out doing a low carb style diet, but right now, during the summer time, I just can't do it. I crave fresh foods, especially fruits so I've switched over to couting points. Last year, around this time I was 197...I gained about 10 lbs and have managed to lose them - which I'm very excited about. It's the first year I don't weigh more than I did the year before!
So here I go. I'm kind of doing this on my own. I plan do the online program as I can't commit myself to the meetings with work and school, but I've got a pretty good handle on it. I've lost a lb or two this week which I'm very happy about. I wanted to see how it affected me alone and I'm planning on adding on P90X this week.
This time, no excuses!
