Well, at the party last night I did give in to having a tiny bit of cake, but since it was a bbq, there were plenty of tasty grilled meats. Today I was back on track though, with my breakfast casserole(breadless) and an amazing ribeye salad.

I'm glad I found this site. I like having a way to keep track of how I'm doing. I started recording my measurements 2 weeks ago as well, but I'm not sure I did to well on my initial measurements, so I'm using last week as my start date. In the last week I've lost an inch around my bellybutton area and another half inch at the smallest part, so I'm pretty excited. It keeps me motivated to know my progress.
I'm going to a dinner party tonight...I know there'll be lots of grilled meat and good things. (They make an amazing bacon wrapped shrimp!)...but there will also be some not so great things like...cake...so I'll try to moderate my intake of any carbs.
