Been very stable at 154 this week, but when the scale doesn't change much then I don't always remember to record a weight entry here.
Still continuing to eat well, to include a range of small treats, and to struggle a little bit with urges to eat at late night (but I think I prefer to leave a calorie buffer and eat whenever I want to, rather than battle the point with myself)
I don't seem to be interested in recording my foods at the moment, and as the scales tell me all is fine then lets say for now that I don't need to.
To all my buddies, I also don't seem to be very able to keep up with everyone's posts, so just a bit of love out to you all, and best wishes with all your journeys and please don't take it personally if I'm missing out on commenting your posts, it's just that I'm - well I can't even explain it - communication-impaired? communication-depleted? something like that, communication-submerged? - but I'll be more talkative later.. oh that's it! I'm not very talkative at the moment. x x x

Got there! One month to spare too.
Of course that means it could still go either way, so now that I hit my birthday goal early I definitely have to keep myself from bounce-back gain. (The next 14lb to go was always planned to be after the birthday)
I told my girls that I'm only going to buy myself a birthday cake if I hit my goal weight, so my youngest is hopping happy now as she knows she will be a co-eater for that! but I've told her I'm not entirely sure if I want cake or Waitrose pork pie with apple and fig chutney topping ;-) (she knows I'm not entirely serious as previously I was saying it might have to be carrot cake with 100% carrots).
But really.. what about slices of olive baguette? (sliced so it doesn't roll of course) - Can't I just stick candles in that? LOL maybe I could have a birthday buffet with pork pie, baguette, some home made potato salad and a few cupcakes, and just stick candles in everything.. then we can each take what we want.. yes that's what I might do.
But I've got a month to think of more ideas, and three more weeks to stay on target or better. ..oo.. new idea, jelly.. hahaha and some sort of cheese.. yes there's definitely plenty of good foods to stick some birthday candles into...

Well now, the first day of a new year. (Oh yes it is :-) )
Would so like to have been 154.00 today but I just liked a lot of other things more I guess!
I haven't got any reason to be upset about it, and I'm not.

Well it looks like I am developing another straight line approach.
Only this time the line is going straight across instead of straight down.
(only because I don't record the fluctuations, of course)
Anyway there we are as certain as a curtain - 156.00
Mini victory for me today, prepping the pans and the veg and the kitchen and the mood (yes I have to be in the right mood too) all at the same time - end result? Soup for the week!! Well anyway, not quite at the end of the process yet, but bubbling away at least.
Best wishes for Mothering Sunday to everyone who's celebrating that tomorrow. (I think some parts of the world have it on a different date?)
