Well Day one of this cabbage diet and I must say it wasnt to bad. Soup was ok, added cayenne pepper so gave it some kick. Got kind of bored with just fruit but day one is just about done so all in all it was okay. Walked 2.5 miles and did jillians 30 day shred so my butt is definitely gonna sleep good tonight.

So I'm starting my Cabbage Soup Diet today...Coffee with no creamer or sweetner, yuk, but guess I gotta deal with it if I really want the caffine. Then to top it off scale broke, or at least it needs new batteries, just my luck :)

Looks like this was the perfect week for this mini challenge since it is so hot, it was not hard to drink water at all. I havent lost anything since my last weigh in, but havent gained either so who knows. In addition to doing this challenge I will be starting the 7 day cabbage soup diet tomorrow so hopefully looking to see some good results. I've heard positive and negative about it so guess we'll just wait and see how I do with it. The bright side is it is only for 7 days....

Totally failed this weeks challenge. Did them the first night, but then totally fell off the wagon. Between aunt flo coming to visit, being cranky, & cramping was just not feeling up to it. Bright side is i'm still the same weight I was at the end of last weeks progress update. Well tomorrow begins a new week with new goals and challenges so hopefully better luck...
