Inicio el 30 de enero con 124 kg, tras haber subido 17 kg. en todo el 2015.
Comienzo con un innibidor de apetito y la prohibición de: Harina, pastas, cerveza, refrescos. Puedo en 15 días tomar tostadas de maíz, tortilla de máiz, arroz, licores y agua mineral.
