Decided to have steak yesterday for dinner. Had it specially cut for my husband and I. I told the meat cutter I wanted just enough for 2 people. Brought it home and cooked it on the grill. Weighed it out and it weighed almost 20 oz! After it was cooked, I divided it into correct servings and have plenty left to put on a salad or make a sandwich (plus the dogs got a bit of it). I wonder how much steak I was eating in the past?? Geez!
Today it's back to chicken. Not sure what I'll do with it this time. It's amazing how many ways you can cook chicken!

Have been traveling the last couple of weeks and am now back home (for 2 weeks anyway). I have been very, very bad. According to my scales have gained about 3 lbs. Will go to WW meeting next Tuesday and see what the damage really is! In the meantime, am trying to get back on track.
I've missed this site and "hearing" what's going on with everybody. Hope everyone is well and that you are seeing less and less of yourself!

Finally in the 150's! Yeah!! I haven't been here for 30 years!! Want so much to reach goal and only have 18 lbs to go. Will be doing alot of traveling the next few weeks so it may be hard to stay on program but am going to try.

Can I make the 150's??? At least they are now in sight. I remember when I was in my early 20's I was weighing 156. And, if I make my goal I will weigh less than what I've been in 30 years.

Two days into my WW week and so far, so good. Our meeting on Tues was about exercises and excuses on why not to do it. I am still unmotivated when it comes to exercising. It's like I have a mental block. Have been doing housework and painting which is definitely exercise. I am going to make a conscious effort to try and start walking again. The weather is finally getting nice so that excuse is no longer a valid one! I have been so depressed and I know that exercise would make me feel alot better.
