It's been a trying week. Dealing with elderly Mother who cannot take care of herself and making some very hard decisions. I could sit down and eat everything in sight! Have been trying to stay on track but seem to be hungry all the time. Agghhh!!!

Weighed in last night after a 2 week absence. Lost 1.8 lbs. I need to stay on track to get rid of the rest of me! I know this will sound really silly but one of my goals was to be termed "overweight" instead of "obese" on the BMI calculator. I have finally reached that goal! :)
Have 3 1/2 months to lose the rest of my wt. Would love to be at goal in June. Have a beach trip planned with some old friends. I know I'll never wear a bikini but at least will be able to get a new bathing suit!

Have tried to get back on track this week. It's been a struggle since I REALLY went off the wagon last week while on vacation. Definitely did alot better this week! Guess the scales will tell the tale on Tuesday.
Been snowy and cold. I will really be glad when Spring comes this year!
Hope everyone is doing well and seeing less of themselves!!

Just returned early this a.m. after a week-long cruise. Did alot of walking and ALOT of eating! Did not stay on program one little bit! Have gotten back on track today, though. Am probably going to skip my weigh-in again this week so I won't be totally discouraged. I've missed journaling and checking in with all of you.
I hope I can get focused again. Could easily slide the other way. I think once I get rested up (can you believe I need to rest after being on vacation for a week???) I'll be able to make better choices.

Traveling and not journaling caught up with me! This proves to me that journaling is very important for my wt loss. I didn't think I ate THAT badly but the scales say otherwise. The really bad part is that I leave on a 7 day cruise on Saturday which is very scary! I hope I won't gain TOO much. Plan on walking alot, staying active and hope for the best!
