well not so hot yesterday and I doubt today is going to be any better :

well i am will be putting in the food from Friday, Saturday and today but know I didn't do well on our trip to Oklahoma from South Carolina and very little exercise so EEK.
But still lost 4lbs this week!
Friday actual points: 45
Saturday Actual points: 61 (ouch see what traveling across country does to you!!! -- need to get chocolate and cheetos out of the rv)
Sunday: 62
But my exercise surprisingly was up with the up and down in the RV and playing tag with Jea for 2 hours between Sat and Sun!

Well didn't do too good last night ended up going to 41pts by the time Sis-in-law left the house at 2am. (had baked cheetos and a snack kit kat bar)
Today though so far is better:
Daily Target: 40
Actual: 41
weight: 257 (hey that 3lbs lost since starting on Tuesday and yes I know its water weight as I have been in the bathroom more than I want to count)
Just the act of writing it down has helped me! I actually really think before reaching for chocolate -- mind you doesn't exactly stop me everytime!

found out about propoints from rose and decided I would follow it too. My daily target is 40. TOday I know I am over it by a lot because i started this at 4pm this afternoon. but need to get back into journaling and recording what goes into my mouth!
