My new roomie has moved in ~ we've been friends for many years. We used to drink wine every night together, and it's hard to say no while watching her chill in the evening enjoying her Chardonnay. I just need to remember that I was in a cycle that left me feeling sluggish, 'winey' & depressed much of the time. I need to stop romanticizing the drink:)
This week I slipped out of my healthy happy routine, and drank a bit more than I'd like - someone tell me to 'Stop It!'(anyone see the old SNL skit w/ Bob Newhart...lol).

I'm in the green:)...it's almost like I'm in denial...I'm afraid to accept I have actually lost any weight or toned up.
Does that sound weird or what? It's like tomorrow I'll look and all progress will be lost...nutty.
Looks like I need to work on accepting I'm doing a good thing, and allow.
So, I didn't realize our progress bars were color coded until I got to yellow...cool...so observant:)
I think my recent weight loss was just cuz of end o cycle - but I'll log it anyway.
I have noticed my caloric intake (& exercise) is low since I had to take allergy meds for a couple days - I stopped taking them, but haven't returned to pre-sick meal sizes yet...I don't feel hungry, so I'm not too concerned.
I eat when my body says 'FEED ME!'

I can't believe
I have stayed the course with my conscious healthy choices. I am 100% sure I owe it to FS - you guys - THANK YOU!
I was a crying mess when I joined b/c I was sure 'AGE' was claiming my body, and there was no way out.
Well, by paying attention to what I've been eating(yea calendar), and exercising at least 3xweek(even if some are just yoga) - I have been bashing the cellulite (still plenty there, but it's MELTING...with lotsa water, like the wicked witch ~ evil cackle). And, I've been watching the scale SLOWLY get back to my 'happy zone';).
Today's notes ~ Sure glad the scales didn't reflect aunt flo too much this time - a miracle. i wonder if no wheat/dairy somehow changed the water retainage? oh, and I've been consuming much less wine when I do drink(3xweek vs.7;)). For my super-power sweet tooth, Cool Whip Lite is ok...but I do the water too. the end.
