I'm covered in the most itchy rash ever!!! The doc says it's probably stress related excema...gave me a shot & told me to get zyrtec.
It's red and swollen and ITCHY AS HECK! my arms, legs, torso...this stinks.
I took an apple cider vinegar bath, but it got more unbearable.
i feel like such a baby - i can't believe i'm this stressed out - did i mention my hair's been coming out too?
Life's not that bad, really - but try to tell it to my body:)
I'm about to burst with discomfort - ack! maybe a movie will help.
I'm not allowed to exercise till the rash is gone...:(

whoa! peanuts...i thought, hey, my fridge is empty & i need dinner -and peanuts have lots of protein!
uh, yea, and a bumload of calories(NOW i know). crud. i knew they were high in fat...but somehow i didn't make the obvious connection to cals.
oh well, learn something new everyday.
tomorrow's weigh in day:)

My weight just continues to flail about. I'm not as disturbed as last time. I have been less enthusiastic about my diet, and I think that has an effect on the scale... I do admit it's frustrating that my calories burned remain higher than calories consumed, and still i gain, but I quit trying to understand it.
Also, I have noticed emotional baggage literally adds weight. My mom had hip surgery today, and everything went fine (yea!), but it's a stressful time nonetheless.
Bottom line (no pun intended:) I need to get back on track - more diligence with diet & more involved with exercise. If you (my FS pals) weren't here, I'd likely do my usual - fade back into old self-sabotaging routine...but I feel thankful for the kick in the a*# ya'll's existence makes me feel.
