I managed to do 15 minutes of aerobic exercise on 5 consecutive days last week so was all good. Sunday we went out for a meal & I avoided pudding - once again all good. We then went to the cinema! Oh dear - toffee popcorn! Not good :( Today I have been working (sat on my butt) so now I need to exercise & take the dogs out to get back on track. I've not eaten yet but definitely getting back to healthy!

Tried to do 15 minutes of yoga this morning. What do you do when you can't sit cross legged? It's really painful for me in my hip & groin!
I managed to do a couple of core strength exercises but then decided to go back to my 15 minutes aerobic workout, which I managed OK and feel like they are getting a little easier. Not much lol but a bit!

Day 3 of my new fitness program and I also did 10 minutes of gentle pilates using a pilates for seniors video on youtube. It totaled 30 minutes but I didn't want to do too much my first time. I'll keep going. I've upped my water intake and lost 3.5 lbs this week so I'm motivated to carry on now!
One thing I seem to fall down on is logging my food. It makes me obsess over what I eat and I don't think that is particularly good.
I will log when I feel OK with it. But right now I'm concentrating on exercise and water input which have always been my failings in the past.
I seem to be posting a lot on here but it keeps me focused so feel free to ignore my journal posts if I get boring!
