My kit for the protein shakes came yesterday but were leaking powder so have to wait til Monday or Tuesday until I start properly. Been up a mount today though and burned 400 calories. So getting ready to burn some fat 😊

Starting all over again. Been in one of them moods for the last month where I just couldn't be bothered. Doesn't help when my partner doesn't want to even try to be healthy. And when I try and cut down she goes out and buys a cupboard full of chocolate and biscuits. Going to try mixing meals with protein shakes as I'm excersising a lot more now. Wish I had some local support though. Will see in the next month how well I do. Wish me luck 🤞
