I have been out walking the hills today with my dog Boris, according to my phone we have walked 8.7 mile and 168 flight climbed,Boris will have doubled that with all the running around he as done, I don't know now accurate the phone is but we are both tired, I should have burnt off quite a few kcal. which is just as well because I fancy a treat tonight, chocolate and ice cream. Stay happy

Happy with this weeks weight loss, not quite at my goal weight yet, but hopefully next week I will make it just need to keep focused. stay happy all on FS. Pete

Feeling happier with myself today. Thank you all on FS. its down to your support. I have managed to stay under 2000 kcal. today, and that does not happen to often. Good luck with your journey everyone.

The last two days I have eaten more calories that I have used up, just lost it somehow, hope to do better tomorrow. Very disappointed in myself.
