One pound a week is slow, but I am pleased to be losing and not gaining. I enjoy working out and feeling strong. I hate sweating though.
I am contemplating buying clothes in a smaller size to have something to look forward to wearing... but I am not sure if that falls into motivation or punishment with me. I would like to think motivation. But the smaller size makes me think better of myself, and therefore dislike myself at my current spot-- because I am not yet at the place to wear said clothes.
I have just talked myself out of that all together. :D
Things I need to work on:
On the weekends, I indulge. I don't think overly-- but enough that I feel I should reign it in a little. My goal will be to indulge less on the weekends. That is my goal for now. That and keep up all the good I am doing working out and eating better during the week.
I need to add more veggies into my diet. I need to eat more frequently. All things I am working on. I need to drink more water. Less coffee ( um, yeah)
One thing at a time-- that thing is less indulging.

Today was the day of the dreaded underwear picture... I can't see where I am looking any less blobby. I have to weigh in tonight so I can see what I am looking like there. After seeing the pictures, I don't expect much.
Which of course is frustrating. I feel like I have been doing great at being more active, keeping my calories in check- most days. It is just so disheartening.
But I feel like I am healthier, so that will have to be enough for now.
I reserve the right to be pissy-pants about this for the evening.

Well, today was not so hot as far as my intake went. However, it is so incredibly hot temperature wise. Ugh
Tomorrow will be better as far as intake and I will go to water class tomorrow. Also, it is the dreaded picture day-- eek!
I was feeling pretty good until recently ( we are talking body image here). trying to get back to my awesome self. I will get there.
