Ugh. I'm still trying to figure out what I did over the weekend. Maybe it was the Arby's medium roast beef sandwich? No fried foods for a week. I also had liver and onions at a restaurant. Is that bad? Will watch the snacking this week.

I should have exercised yesterday but my back was bothering. Feeling a bit better today. Gonna get back on the horse and take it at a moderate pace. Sure wish there was something I could do to stop eating at 9 PM. Good grief - it's purely mental but so overpowering. Maybe more water and less food.

Very busy week at work, so harder to track food. I have to keep track of it though because I don't want to start to ignore what I'm eating. I've come this far. I have to kick it into second gear now. I hate it when I work from 1-10 because my eating cycle gets disturbed and it's hard enough for me to remember what I ate that day, let alone 2 days past.
I do feel better about other bad habits. I'm trying to focus on other things about myself as well and not let those get in the way of success as an individual.

Headed to a wedding in Lewisville, Texas. I so want to be careful, and I will because I've been on this journey now for over a month. Only 1 piece of cake. Will definitely watch the buns and carbs. No large quantities late at night is the plan. Hopefully by committing here and now, I will hold fast to my diet and come away feeling good about myself. Wish me luck!!

My weigh-in was without clothing. I added 5 pounds for clothes. Came in at 263. Unbelievable after the weekend of eating I had, especially on Sunday.
