I will weigh myself again on Monday. I think I did great for Friday. We usually go out and eat each Friday. I had a 10 ounce chopped sirloin with mushrooms and a sweet potato souffle. While that souffle has a ton of sugars, I worry about carbs, and cannot locate consistent information, so will guess high on carbs too since it has a lot of sugar. I can tell I'm on the right road because my wedding ring is much easier to get off. I still look fat, but feel great. My challenge is still night time eating and weekends. I really don't feel like I'm on a diet. I've just learned to look at labels and limit carbs. Tonight is fish. I'm to the point now in my diet that I get frantic if I'm confronted with bad choices which is GREAT! I'm also thinking about hypnosis. There's a hypnotist nearby on Oct. 6 for $49 and it's guaranteed to work. I also wish I could hook up some professionals, especially my dietician.
