Another 1.8kg gone FOREVER! I'm under the 100 mark now but it's not too exciting cause I've been here so many times before.
The no hiding no cheating challenge is great cause it forces you to acknowledge what and how much you are eating - I love it :) I pledge to never see my weight go back over 100kg again!

I had the worst food day yesterday and I am amazed that I am still up by 170 calories, I thought I was definitely going to be in the red. The culprit (apart from myself) was movie night. Hubby works the night shift on Wednesday so It's my night off in the kitchen, sort of. I have still have cook for the 3 little ones and then my oldest has a burger from across the road.
Once the littlies are in bed, my oldest and I watch a movie, it's our time for the week and then the treats come out. Last night was terrible. I had a cupcake at dinner which was going to be my only treat, but when my son suggested the milk bar across the road, I just caved.
I also ended up having a white Magnum (which surprisingly had nearly 100 calories less than the chocolate cup cake) and a Crunchie twin bar so that's an 80g serve instead of 40 - piggy, piggy, piggy. And, if that wasn't enough, I had another cup cake on the way to bed.
Movie night has to be seriously reassessed. I don't think I have to give it up completely, but I will stick to 1 and only 1 treat not 5 of them - how disgusting! No wonder I feel sick this morning.
The No Cheating and No Hiding challenge has been really good for me and even though it's only been a few days, I can already see where I am going wrong. Normally I would just eat my ice cream and crunchie and then pretend it didn't happen, but the fact that as part of the challenge I can't just ignore it. It did happen, I did it to myself and I am ashamed and embarrassed about it. IT WON'T be happening again.

Worst workout ever! I just didn't want to be there. I wasn't in the mood, the kids were fighting and I just felt blah!
The good news is that I did it anyway and I did more than I had first intended to do. In the end I was on the treadmill for a little over an hour, burned 572 calories and walked / ran 6.1 kms. All of this brings my donut tally to 10.43 donuts burned off :)
I have joined a challenge where you have to track everything and I am noticing that I eat way too many carbs - need to look into that!!
