Last week started out well, but by Thursday I had just reverted back to old habits. I didn't workout after Wednesday and I didn't track anything. This is a new week and a new start and I am determined to pass all of my mini challenges.
Putting in the time and effort to make sure I pass the mini challenges can only be good for my, so I say, why not do it!!!!
I lost 600 grams this week :)

So far no exercise has turned up despite wearing my workout stuff, but the day isn't over yet and I am sure I will jump on that treadmill very soon. I do miss my interval workouts, they are fun and make the time fly by so I honestly don't understand why I hesitate at doing them.
I don't make sense!!!!!
I am determined to break my exercise drought and get moving, afterall, I won't get the butt I want sitting on the one I have!
