I wish I could eat all those delicious meals I see posted ...omg yummy, but doctor said no carbs as I have reactive hypoglycemia I'm NOT diabetic my A1C is 4.4. I also can't take cholesterol meds anymore as I get a toxic reaction so now no carbs and no cholesterol foods so I can't have fruit, bread, pasta, beans, rice, potatoes, etc and no red meat, ground feeders seafood, butters, dairy and omg cheese. I feel like I'm now eating air. doctor said protein , high fiber veggies. I can try very little carbs once in awhile, but be aware my sugar may drop because with me there is no rhyme or reason why I can react one time eating the same food and it the next time fine. Sucks but I'm doing ok. Once a month Ill have cholesterol love my clams lol but No carbs...
