just statting to make veggie soup. whats in it? turnips, brocolli, celery, carrots, parsley, brussel sprouts, scallions, green beans, diced tomatoes, zucchini and one quarter skinless chicken and 3 chicken bullion cubes

had appointment because I was between a rock and a hard place. I literally eat no carbs no fruit, bread, potatoes, pasta, beans now for over seven months. I have low sugar so eating carbs messes me up. if I have them my body wants to remove them hence dropping my levels. since its not all the time I just stopped eating them. it's going really well. Now however I again had another very bad side effect from the 5th cholesterol they have tried all kinds with and without stating. One putting in hospital for 6 weeks. So now that I'm off cholesterol meds so now I has to watch that now. I felt like I can what only eat air lol between no carbs and no cholesterol products. bottoming is the value of a nutritionist. Besides helping you keep on track and the valuable nutritional advice. She's a great lifeline.

if you can find get. they are supet small but satifies a sugR craving. comrs in mango, pineapple coconut, chocolate rasberry and watermelon basil which is my favorite. Did not csre for the pineapple coconut. 15 calories 1% carb 4 total sugar.
