Well, my months of staying where I was..doesn't apply in this matter. Up 2.5 pounds.. so, as of yesterday, I'm back on my walking everyday, at least a mile.. and starting back on a phase 1 regimen to jump start me again.
I just hate how fresh good for you food is SOO darned expensive.
Great news on the school-front. I'm making B's this semester, and one A... and I'm graduating this August, but get to participate in May's Graduation ceremony. Rather exciting. Then onto my HIM bachelor's degree at UAB.
I will be documenting everything I do this week. For my sake. For my son's sake.

In all of the stress my life has brought me, I've managed to stay the same weight.. then again, I haven't weighed myself for 2 weeks. Oh well. I have a new goal of getting below 260 by the end of the month. I just have to get outside more (Which i've been doing everyday for these past 4 days..) and get that heart rate up.

I was very happy to see that I haven't gained.... or more like, my weight has evened out since being sick. Since getting to be about 95%, I'll be working on getting my food intake back to normal, and tomorrow, I'll be getting back into doing some sort of cardio. The toning is a great option, but I need to get back into losing.
I'm going to be making a chili and salad for lunch.
As for my goober-head, Owen... he turned 2 on the 20th. I'm still in denial about it all. But this week, I'll be working on getting him 100% better. We've both still have the residual cough, and I've got a cold sore (thanks you stupid virus..), but other than that, we're both doing very well.

Totally sick with this horrible cold crap that's going around.
Munching on comfort foods (pizza, chips, ramen noodles, sandwiches..) and I know i'm going to pay for it when I'm all better and capable of working out. I don't know why pizza has to taste so good, but there should be a law to only allow one person to consume 1 slice at a sitting. ughh...
Fever. chest congestion, peppermint hot totty.. yeah, I'm not as miserable as I could be.
I hope all V-day's went well. Ours was sick :)
