My husband and I treated ourselves to a movie today. Didn't buy popcorn or anything else at the theater. However, we used a coupon from Wendys to get a free jr. frosty. 4 points for WW and hit the sweet tooth spot!

Wednesday I was a few points short of eating all of my points and Thursday I was a few points over. I haven't felt good the last couple days, been suffering from sore throat and chills. I'm feeling better now, so I will increase my exercise today without over doing it!
2 cups of frosted flakes 6 points (my sugar fix for the day!)
1 cups 2% milk 2 points

I'm in a size 22-24! And I hate it. And this summer, at the most important event I've had in a while, my book signing, I had to buy a 26! Embarrassing! I've decided there is nothing sexy about being in size 22-24 and that's when I decided to get busy! I'm not buying candy for Halloween. I am going to buy 10 coupons for $1.00 from Wendy's for jr. frosty's. And keep a few for myself (4 points on WW). That will get me through the season. I have given up coke, however, I allow myself 1 sixteen oz bottle of coke per week. That's down from a 12 pack in 2 days!
Yesterday, I ate great but I had 7 points left at the end of the evening. Whatever happened to the Weight Watcher range of points they used to offer. Like 28-33 or something like that. Then I wouldn't feel so guilty about not eating all of my points.
today I've eaten 2 cups of sugar frosted flakes, my sugar treat for the day 6 points and 1 cup of 2% milk 2 points and 1 banana 2 points

i haven't been feeling real well the last few days. but i am down 4.4 pounds so that makes me feel great. but headachy, chills, and sore throat are not fun! my husband is watching his weight better now which will help me.
this morning i ate
2 oz liver
1/4 cup potato salad
1 cup green beans
32 oz early rise drink
