Has the time change messed up anyone else? Sleep? Eating time? I'm usually hungry all the time anyway 😆 but time change seems to be making it worse!

well, I had the chicken fried steak at Cotton patch but no bread or potatoes! I didn't eat all the breading and ordered steamed broccoli and mushrooms for sides so not as bad as it could have been and my counts are still ok!

Dr. visit day! Weight is on her scales! Did a 2 week of wearing a device that measured my blood sugar! Ate WFPB on first week and a half and with taking my metformin she said my numbers were really good. Then the last half week changed to low carb and she said if I am staying on low carb I should take less metformin! I don't know how long I will be on low carb but can lower meds! I was happy when I left her office! For next month I know I would be happy with low carb desserts but I'll have to check on low carb dressing with the turkey!

so for breakfast I had 2 eggs w/cheddar cheese! For lunch I had 2 small grilled fish fillets and a salad! Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we go out to eat! I'm not sure what I'll get but it will be low carb, some grilled meat and broccoli or squash or green beans side! Then if I want a bedtime snack, it will be half a piece of Baker's unsweetened chocolate melted with peanut butter and then stir and sweetener to taste! Awesome!

I just started trying low carb, but only 2 cups salad and 1 cup of cooked veggies and moderate amounts of meat and 4 oz. cheese. Wow written down it seems like a lot but it's only second day and maybe I'll get used to it! Or anyone have other suggestions? Nan
