lowzy day today
well today was a really lousy day for my points i was at work and i had the worst day ever and i just ate for breakfast i had 1 biscut and 1 laddle of sausage gravy
lunch i had a chesse burger with tomato and pickles no condimints and a small bag of doritos and a small soda
dinner i had some grapes and yougert and some small baked fries i know i was naughty but the only thing i did get in fully was my water and i went way over my points today i so need to excercise but due to my back i cant and it is driving me silly any way have a wonderful day love to all shelly.

hi all well tommorow is the big day we start our water challenge for 8 strenous weeks do you think we all can do it and get our 70 oz in i know i will really be trying love to all shelly

i goofed big time!!!:(
Any way tonight i was feeling really stressed about my husband he was calling me like every 5 minutes for at least 2 hours and it just took a huge toll on me and mentally i just needed a quick getaway and i had some frozen baked frenchfries i now i could of had some thing healthier but oh well live and learn. i guess. any way i am so looking forward to the weekend i tommorow is going to be better we are having home made chiccken and dumplings but i will make allowments i will have a lower point breakfast and lower point lunch so i can have a full serving of chicken and dumplings any way have a great and healthy weekend love to all shelly.
