mowed the lawn
any way i had a no no for dinner i was so craving macaroni and cheese i ate the whole box. but on the down side of this wich is good i dont crave it any more and i mowed the lawn for 30 minutes so i did burn some calories there plus i did dishes and now i am doing laundry so i am burning those icky calories off of me. any way for those of you that arekeeping up on myhusband he got his cat scan today after much begging on my part and now we can finally find out what is causeing his neck pain any way thats my life in a nut shell love shelly.

the new look here
I like it i like the new look we have on the list of our fat secret i am glad it seems all the sites i belong too are hipping up the sites wich i am so glad to see. i am going to try really hard and please my self here i am also going to challenge my self to drink more water too love to all shelly.

why does life suck
i am so fed up with fake people there is only one fake person i was ever friends with and i thought we were really good friends she is on another site all of my fat secret friends are real but any way this person really hurt me today any way i am not going to eat or get up set with this she wasnt a real friend if she dropped me for a friend for no reason any way hope you all are having a wonderful day i love you all on fat secret you all are soooooooooo awsome love shelly.

well howdy folks
i am in the process of getting our house cleanned out i am going to start getting rid of stuff we dont use or havnt used in 6 months i need to do this due to the fact my husband is a semi pack rat and i am going to start in the shed then to the storage room yay those rooms havnt been touched in several years so i know i will get rid of alot and besides that burn alot of calories to in the long run love to all shelly.

well well guess what my mother in law is home from touscan az and i have to work tonight wich i am happy about i havnt worked in almost 1 week so i know i need to work so i also am cutting wayy down on my soda so i am very very proud of my self. also my husband is doing some what better he sees his surgeon in less then 1 week. so any way i cut grass while i was off. and i am going to start walking as soon as the dr says i can. im working so i dont see the difference any way have a wonderful and healthy day love to all shelly.
