I did nothing over the weekend and I am feeling it. :-( Oh well, I am back on track and doing my best! I am not going to get down on myself for what I do and don't do, I am just going to keep pushing and do what is right for me! I am going to the gym today and then have a double header volleyball game tonight so that will be great! As for eating...well I do great during the day, then I get home and things just don't go as well...but it is cool! I am concentrating on drinking more water and I am really hoping that I at least stay steady with the weight, it would be nice to go down more, but this week I don't think it is going to happen. I did notice the other day though that my legs are starting to slim down and that is huge for me...I need to measure so that I know exactly where I am at, I am going to try to do that tonight. Day 9 and back on track I hope! :-) I am really only counting this as day 7, but whose counting right. LOL! I have done good on eating and went shopping last night so I am stocked up again! I am suppose to weigh in right now, but I am going to wait until day 10 to do it so that I can hopefully lose some more weight! Going to the gym today and then tonight going to try to do the fit for at least 30 min, but would like to shoot for longer...we will see how that goes. Starting to feel a little better with things, it is just so frustrating to think that the first time I did this I stayed faithful for the full 90 days and this time I can't even do it for 10!!! EEERRR!!! Oh well I guess, what do you do, I am just going to concentrate on what I can and will do and make that count and what matters most!

Breakfast~grapefruit
Snack~smoothie
Lunch~salad with mixed greens, carrots, celery, cucumbers and fat free catalina dressing (about 1 tbs)
Snack~fruit or veggies
Dinner~rice and sauteed veggies

Day 8...I officially suck on the weekends. It was not horrible, but it was not good! If I could just skip them I would be just fine! I didn't eat very good this weekend, nor did I get in the exercise that I should have! Saturday I was at the softball fields all day watching my hubby play..did some running around after my friends kids, but nothing like I should have and then yesterday we just completely vegged all day long. So I am skipping the weekend and going to add 2 more days to my detox phase! I got on the scale this morning just to see what harm I did and didn't really do too much, but I am pushing once again! Today has been good so far...I say so far because it is not over yet. LOL! I had a pretty good talk with the hubby yesterday and he is worried that I am taking this dieting thing too far. He thinks I look great and says that is what matters, but it isn't..I want to think I look great too, but I am not going to stress over it. I am going to plug along and do what is right for me, even if I have a cheat here and there. I feel like I am obsessing over my weight and it needs to stop! I am going to hang in there and do the right things, but not obsess over it!

Lunch~not sure yet, but I think a salad

Dinner~going grocery shopping on my way home, but will most likely do some rice and veggies
